Kent Island High School Ultimate Frisbee Logo Design
InfoSafe Design sponsored the Kent Island High School Ultimate Frisbee team. This year InfoSafe Design donated team jerseys, water jugs, and Frisbee Discs adorned with a logo designed by the InfoSafe Design team. Coach Kevin Thomas was given a Frisbee with the new design and a personalized coaching jersey.
The logo was actually amazing, the team had a group selection between 4 great, clean looking designs. When we picked which design we liked and we saw the jerseys the finished product could not have looked better. Thank you InfoSafe Design!

Developing the new logo
We followed our standard design and development process to develop a clean, clear logo that would print well at large and small sizes and conveyed the message of the team.
Step 1: Research and requirements
InfoSafe collected imagery and feedback from the coach and team on what the logo should convey. Examples included jerseys and logos from the other high school teams and logos from the national Ultimate Frisbee team. Infosafe provided the guide to the left to our designer.
Step 2: Initial logo variations
Part of our design process includes providing several different treatments and styling for any design or logo. In this case, you can see four different logo stylings. These were sent to the team to select their favorite. Ultimately, they decided on the first styling.
Step 3: Colors and finalization
Usually a design goes through at least one iteration before being finalized. In this case, the team loved the first style, but requested the colors more closely adhere to their school colors. You can see the final style here, as well as a reversed out version for laying on dark backgrounds.
Final: Printing and presenting to the team
Infosafe.design can take your project from concept to finished product or we will happily work with any printer or clothing shop. For the Kent Island team, we contacted one of our printing resources and produced jerseys and frisbees with the new logo for the team in a few days turnaround. Part of being a great resource for our clients is in having quality relationships and in simplifying the process for our clients.
